Mens Mental Caddie FAQ

Mens Mental Caddie FAQ. No fluff. Clear answers about coaching, process, and policies.

General

We keep it simple. Clarity, momentum, zero performance theater.

+ What is Mens Mental Caddie coaching?

A forward-focused partnership. Golf sharpens clarity, not spectacle. We build steady habits that hold under pressure.

+ How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is not therapy. We do not diagnose. We target near-term goals, actions, and accountability. We refer out when needed.

+ Who is this for?

Men who carry too much and want a clean plan. Capability is not the issue. Noise is.

Process

+ What happens on the first call?

We identify what is heavy, what matters, and what moves now. You leave with three priorities and three next actions.

+ How do I schedule?

Choose a time. You receive a Google Meet link automatically. Video or phone, your call.
Let’s Clear the Noise.

+ How long are sessions?

Clarity and Momentum
Ed, Engineer and Dad
Before
“Negative thoughts looped. Stress bled into golf and home. I noticed bad shots and worst case what ifs more than the good.”
After
“Nightly journaling cleared the noise. I am more productive, present with family, and I reconnected with my sister after six years. On the course I focus on good shots and enjoy the game.”

Ed used simple tools, consistent check ins, direct accountability, and a clear plan. He also returned to activities he loved, which reinforced the mindset work.

Resilience Under Pressure
Kaui, Operator in Crisis
Before
“Acute distress and spiking anxiety. I overcommitted and spiraled when life hit hard.”
After
“Daily check ins, weekly goals, and tools that stick, breathing drills, meditation, and journaling. I stayed steady and met targets, then kept progressing after coaching ended.”

The shift came from cadence and care, tight follow through, right sized goals, and practical tools you can use mid storm. Less drama, more discipline, and a calmer baseline.

Ruthless Prioritization
Phil, Builder and Golfer
Before
“Schedule overloaded. Focus scattered. I reacted to shots, and to life.”
After
“Ruthless prioritization. Clear goals, a plan I can maintain, and a steadier mental game in golf and life.”

Phil won by structure, fewer priorities, clearer boundaries, and a plan built for real weeks. Progress showed up on the scorecard and in leadership at work and at home.
